MGM Veterinary Hospital

I wanted to provide feedback on my recent experience. While the service was good, I was disappointed with the hospitality and behavior of Ms. Pooja at the reception. Unfortunately, I found her to be rude and inappropriate. didn't respond promptly to pet parents' inquiries.

Service is good but hospitality and behaviour of Ms.POOJA who is sitting at RECEPTION is very bad, RUDE and inappropriate. Seems like pooja is more interested in her other co workers personal life rather than her work. NOT RESPONDING properly to Pet Parents.

One of the few Good Goverment Hospitals Warangal/Kazipet region. Registration and checkup charge cost ₹20., Ultra Sound cost ₹150, Blood Test ₹100, Major Operation ₹500. Staff and Docs are experienced. For checkup of Large animals, separate area is made. Its better to go to this Hospital instead of going to private, as they provide most of the facilities an animal hospital needs in much lesser cost.

Never visit hospital. I lost my pet due to their negligence. I took pet to this hospital l, the reports are normal but they said it is dehydrated need of glucose. They kept 2 glucose and gave 2 injections along with that. After 2nd glucose my dog heart beat is suddenly dropped and lost her life😞 Doctors simply said that she was died due to cardiac Arrest. Please never take your pet to this hospital. I feel regret for taking my pet to this hospital.

As it is a govt hospital, it should be atleast open from 8am-8pm. So we can visit conveniently. It opens at 9 & closes at 12pm which is very inconvenient. I went at 8:30am they took me in at 9:30am & came back home at 11:35am. The junior dr who are by the way still students don't have any emotions towards the pets & are really really slow, you can't even think about & everyone in the hospital are very rude only few are good are respected. + The medical is completely outside the hospital so to come back n forth it takes extra 5-10mins each time.+ They don't tell you what all you need at once so every time you have to waste 5 mins travelling to the medical. + They don't even take the online payments. It will cost you 3k-5k for any surgery and they ask us to carry it. No hygiene near basins & very irresponsible. I can write so much but not worth. This is govt nothing can be done much
