We had our dog the second time here however, we received a completely different experience. We had agreed to keep our dog with him at 7 am but by 6.30 am he messaged us to come by 9 am which completely disrupted our schedule. Jeevan was busy with other commitments and hence neglected our dog the first day. The schedule was not followed. There were hardly any updates and when we requested updates he would often say he will send in 10 mins but they took hours. He continued to mention that he was busy with other training. If he did not have the time he should have mentioned this to us before hand. Even if one ignores these actions what I could not understand is that our dog was moved to a different location without our knowledge. When I asked why? He said the people taking care of him moved. He continued to insist that he is a trainer and can take care of the dog, disregarding us completely. He then frantically started sending us video after we got worried and annoyed. The whole experience has left us very anxious and we will no longer keep our dog with him. I am tired of making boarders understand that when dogs come to them they have to have a strict schedule and like the one they have with their owners. Dogs get anxious in new environments. This basic lack of understanding is irresponsible and harmful to dogs.
Joy, the trainer, is very professional and knows his craft. My 9 month old puppy showed good progress very quickly, alot of the behavioural issues are now under control. Joy is very gentle yet firm with the dogs. He also assisted us with any questions we had about the dog's behaviour outside of the training schedule. Highly recommend this!
