If had the option to give a zero star rating The owner is money maind... They are harshly and rudely behaviour... With pets and I saw hear very terrible horrible business doing with pets ... particularly Rajahmundry branch... My dear pet parents plz don't choose this scoopy scrub,,,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Such a bad experience. Handled our cat in a very harsh way and used normal water instead of lukewarm water to bath and only switched on geyser after being asked. They performed a worst job in blow drying too, keeping it close to face and ears. I don’t recommend this grooming place at all.

If I had the option to give a 0 star rating i would've because this is the first pet spa with 0 pet knowledge and don't know how to handle pets; i recently went there to get my cat groomed, the guy there held my cat's neck even though we denied which made the cat uncomfortable. Later on he put cold water instead of hot water for the bath which made my cat feel much uncomfortable since it came out of an ac room after a haircut. After this he put a heavy chain which is used for dogs around my cat which was very heavy... This type of service is not acceptable and we didn't expect such people to be present in the situation, if you don't know how to handle such cases DO NOT expect the customers to leave your spa with satisfaction

I went off to Scooby Scrub for a hair cut for my indie maitri. Seems that Sundays are rushed so you need an appointment. But they still accommodated me and maitri got a hair cut. Small place but they get the job done. They are quite popular as i saw many dogs coming there. They handle the dogs well and know their job.

Professional Grooming, Good Service, Hygiene, Right Location Best grooming service ever seen in Vizag with all precautionary measures. Most preferred.
