Very very worst experience. Bad receiving and behaviour was so rude and reckless. Due to the staff working there, half of our day in our vacation was wasted. So if you are on a vacation or holiday better do not choose this hotel.

I had booked a room through Agoda for 2 nights in December. And now they have cancelled my booking for no reason. When I called the hotel, they started abusing me and shouting at me. Gave a completely fake reason for the cancellation. 100% unprofessional and a bunch of cheats. Hope they get no business.

Don't book this homesaty they owner and Superviser are values people we booked 15days for four days stay we got the confirmation and we were double check with owner over phone call for booking confirmation and room availability he said yes Before starting to vizag we again call owner for early check-in availability he said yes we travelled around 800km to vizag with one year baby by the next morning while check-in supervisor check my email from where booking happened and after 30min simply they said no rooms available They said we won't provide room you can do what ever you want with ruad behaviour We gave the complaint in neatest police station by the time supervisor was telling this is small issue. So don't book this homesaty there is another home stay near to this BACKPACK MONKEY HOMESTAY very good and polite superior.

The rooms, though a okayl, were perfectly adequate for a night's stay. 🏨 The hotel team was incredibly supportive when we visited as a group of four, and the pricing was quite reasonable. 😊 Great service and a fantastic location! 📍
