Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breskfast as well Everything was perfect. Staff was helpfull , the accomodations were besutifull. It couldnt have been better We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the reception staff... Overall very good experience in stay....

Hotel kgb cool river exceeded my expectations. The warm welcome, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, made it a truly unforgettable stay.. I loved the clean, spacious rooms and the comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.. Especially front desk was very friendly and co operative..

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Visakhapatnam RTC Complex. It’s situated near a residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We booked a suite room for three people. The room had good beds but the room was somewhat compact. A tea maker was available. The washroom requires better maintenance. There’s no restaurant operating within the hotel, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. The complimentary breakfast was limited and not buffet-style. An elevator is available. Since the hotel has many rooms, it’s convenient for group travelers. The front office staff were courteous and well-behaved. Overall, for those looking for a budget stay near the bus stand, this is a reasonably decent option.

I visit this hotel yesterday ,i felt quite relaxed.i gave a 4 star rating because all was good service ,rooms n all. But a small thing was mattress was not clean ,not clean in the sense like some stains are there ,there are bedsheets(that's another point).I paid 2k for approx 8hrs and it was totally worth it, all the eminities they offered and all and one more thing at the checkin was they scanned our face ,id proof ,i won't say its not secure but first the first time I have experienced it and I would like to visit the hotel again n again evry month ,hope to get more offers and discounts in rooms.Thank you hotel KGB Coolriver!.

We had a wonderful stay here in Vizag for 2 days. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and it looks quite new. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The front office staff were absolutely awesome – very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, the rates are very reasonable for the quality and service they provide. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vizag! 😊
