Sunday open in the morning from 9am to 12noon. Sankranti/Pongal holidays same as Sunday timings. The hospital is well-staffed and equipped, providing good care. We’ve been bringing our pug here for years for regular medical needs, and the service has always been good (except 1,2 rare instances of a staff member being bit careless)
Previously this hospital has very good experienced doctors. Now the doctors are very less and interns are more and they are not treating the pets carefully. We need to request the intern doctors many times to come and do the checkup for pets. If you are a alone pet parent the interns won't ready to do the treatment and if you ask them to come they will scold you for coming alone with the pet. If you bring a cat for treatment they are not ready to treat them if go alone. The interns are interested in chitchat not in treating the pets. They will do the lot of time waste and roam here and there without doing anything to just let people think that they are busy. Very much poor services.Even the senior doctors are very rude. If we say our pet is not eating they will be like "Do you want me to feed them?" Instead of giving them the treatment they are very much interested in behaving rudely.
Great place , doctors are experienced, every member in this hospital tries to do their best for animals
The government veterinary clinic is supposed to help, but what are they really doing? My cat was sick, and instead of diagnosing the problem, they gave random injections every day without checking properly. After four days, my cat died. When my kitten fell ill, they did the same—no proper examination, no explanation, just injections. After three days with no improvement, we had no choice but to spend a huge amount at a private vet to save it. But what about those who can’t afford private treatment? Isn’t the government hospital meant for them? If they don’t care, where are pet owners supposed to go? How many helpless animals have to suffer before they take responsibility?
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided at this facility during our visit two weeks ago at 9:00 AM. Despite paying the required OP fees, the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. Unprofessional Conduct by Staff After the initial check-up by an intern, we encountered a group of intern doctors who were remarkably insensitive. Instead of showing empathy toward concerned pet parents, they were seen cracking jokes and behaving in a manner that lacked dignity and professional decorum. We were referred to (Dr. T. *Mahesh* )whose examination of our pet lasted barely 2–4 minutes. Based on this superficial assessment, he claimed our pet had a 'severe orthopedic problem' that could not be treated locally, advising us to travel all the way to Hyderabad. Upon further assessment, by private doctor's it became clear that our pet had a manageable orthopedic issue that could have been treated at this facility. It appeared that the doctor provided a complex diagnosis simply to avoid the responsibility of performing the procedure. This 'half-knowledge' and dismissive attitude caused us significant mental agony and unnecessary stress. A government super-speciality hospital should be a place of healing and expertise, not a place where staff treat patients with such disregard.
