A life saved. Forever grateful. 🐾❤️ My Saint Bernard, RAMBO (5½ years), was diagnosed with Gastric Dilatation Volvulus (GDV) a true life-threatening emergency. He was in excruciating pain, restless, vomiting, and slipping into shock. The X-ray showed a severely bloated and twisted stomach filled with gas. An emergency stomach tube was placed, followed by immediate surgery. During surgery, nearly 2 liters of fluid and food were suctioned, the stomach lining was damaged, and there was splenic torsion with splenic infarct. A gastrotomy, gastric suturing, and gastropexy were performed. The surgery lasted close to 3 hours which was intense, critical, and lifesaving. Today, I’m beyond relieved and grateful to say RAMBO is stable and recovering well. I’m forever grateful to God and the entire team of My Pets Clinic, Vizag. My deepest gratitude to Dr. JAKEER, not just for this surgery, but for always being there for RAMBO through every minor and major issue. His calm, skill, dedication, and commitment to animals is something I cannot thank enough. RAMBO couldn’t have been in safer hands. We've had a wonderful experience with My Pet Clinic. We've been coming here for the past 7 years, and the doctor has always treated our dog Bruno with so much care. Recently, Bruno had surgery to remove urinary bladder stones, and everything went very smoothly. The doctor patiently explained each step and made us feel confident throughout the process. Bruno recovered quickly and is now happy, active, and back to his usual self. The staff is very friendly and supportive, and we also really like their grooming and spa services.
