I can’t say enough wonderful things about [fairy tails Boarding House]! From the moment we dropped off our pet, we knew they were in the best hands. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable but genuinely kind and loving toward the animals. They took the time to understand our pet’s unique needs, routine, and personality, and it truly showed in how comfortable and happy our pet was upon pickup. We received regular updates, including photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The facility is clean, safe, and clearly designed with animal well-being as a top priority. It’s not easy to leave a beloved pet behind, but [fairy tails ] made it feel like we were leaving them with family. We’re so grateful for the care, attention, and love our pet received and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Thank you for everything – we’ll absolutely be back!

I had a very bad experience with Fairy Tales Pet Home. I left my dog here for a week, trusting that he would be taken care of. When I went to pick him up, I noticed right away that his eye was badly injured. I asked them what happened, and their careless response was, “Every dog has that white color in their eyes, right?” This is completely untrue, and I know my dog. They admitted they never even bothered to observe his face the whole week he was there. This shows they don’t actually take care of pets — they just give shelter. My dog was not monitored properly, and because of their negligence, he ended up with a serious cornea ulcer, four layers of his left eye damaged, and he is now in pain. He is currently under treatment, and it breaks my heart to see him suffer like this. The staff showed no responsibility, no concern, and no follow-up to check if my dog was okay. I deeply regret my decision to leave my baby at their place. If you truly love your pet, please think twice before leaving them here. They don’t provide real care, they only provide a roof. Pets deserve better than this kind of neglect. Reply to your response on my feedback - Your response is nothing but an excuse. My dog was perfectly healthy before I left him at your boarding, and the injury was visible the moment I picked him up. If you were really providing “round-the-clock care” and “close monitoring” as you claim, how could you have missed an eye injury so severe that it damaged four layers of his cornea and left him in pain? I observed his injured eye the very moment I came to pick him up at your premises. Before even leaving your boarding, I asked your caretaker directly what happened. His exact words were: “Might be because every dog has a white eye.” That shows the injury was already there under your care, and instead of informing me or taking responsibility, your staff dismissed it as something “common.” Please don’t mislead people by saying he was doing fine. The truth is, my dog left your place with a cornea ulcer, four layers of eye damage, and is now under treatment in pain — all of which could have been avoided if you had given proper care and attention. The fact that you say you have “no clue where or when this injury occurred” only proves you were not watching him properly. Pets don’t injure their eye this badly without visible signs, and any responsible caretaker would have noticed and informed the pet parent immediately. Please stop hiding behind fancy words. This is not about giving shelter, this is about negligence. Because of your lack of care, my dog is now under treatment, suffering every day. No amount of polished replies can cover up the truth: you failed to do your job of taking proper care of him.

Hi ma’am, we are very happy. You really took very good care of him—in fact, I should say excellent care. Leaving this guy alone while going out was a big thing, and we didn’t know where to keep him. Luckily, we found you, and it felt like a blessing. You fed him so well and looked after him like your own. He usually never touches rice, but because of you he started eating curd rice, chicken rice, and other food without any fuss. Hats off to you, ma’am, for that. The best part was how you kept sending us videos from time to time. It gave us so much relief, like he was still with us. We could see how happy and comfortable he was in your care. After we brought him back home, he kept searching for you and his friends outside the house. He really missed you. I am 100% satisfied, Sree ma’am. My heartfelt thanks to you.

The best of the best clean and neatly maintained pet boarding. A place where my pet Charlie was lovingly cared for and nurtured like their own fur baby. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, walks, play time, the medicines that Charlie had to take, everything was done as was done at home. Mrs. Phanisree personally oversaw everything and her staff were really commendable - feeding, playing, and walking the pets on time. I totally appreciate the care and love given to Charlie. This is literally the only pet home that I trust and will recommend to anyone and everyone who live in vizag. Leo was with them for an entire year while I was doing the entire process to export him out of India into Singapore to finally be with me. From day 1 they were amazing in sending timely updates, taking him on regular walks, feeding him good quality food, ensuring he’s doing well from time to time. Pets are not put in cages and allowed to roam freely and mingle with other pets. The area surrounding the house is huge and theres ample of place for multiple pets to be roaming freely and playing. Leo never really did well with other dogs but after this entire year, he’s calm around other dogs, he learnt to play with other dogs and most importantly, started to eat rice. I could never get him to eat rice. He will eat all the chicken or egg and leave the rice. But now, under their care, he is finally eating rice. They are so extremely knowledgeable and will respond to any query at all times. I had multiple issues within my own process of exporting Leo and they guided me well, they even gave me their own vet’s contact so that I could find out more information. They are basically guardian angels for Leo. They were there from day 1 of his process. They took him for his microchip injection, his vaccinations, his regular grooming sessions, ensuring he’s healthy and happy. At one point when Leo got rashes, she highlighted the issue to me and applied ointments and took care of him so well that he recovered within a few days. When my 3rd party agency was not responding to me while Leo was being transported from vizag to Bangalore for his flight to Singapore, Sree garu made video calls to the driver and made sure the driver was feeding him and he was being well taken care of. Even when Leo was not under her care anymore, she still took the initiative to make sure he is okay and that’s where it really made a huge difference for me because I was extremely stressed that the agency was not responding to me. They will care for your pets like their own pets. Sree garu has become a second mother to Leo. They will give nothing short of excellent care to your pet and I can happily say that Leo really misses his second mom. He rarely misses anyone when he’s with me so it’s a huge point. I highly highly highly recommend Fairytails pet home to everyone who needs a home for their pets to stay. Sree garu and Shiva garu, thank you so so so much for all of your help within the past 1 year, I really don’t know what I would have done without you guys. 🩷
