1. I didn't get the room as expected... they have two sea facing room... fan wasn't working properly in one of them and another one was booked earlier. 2. The whole building contains smell of laterine. 3. Staffs are very rude ... even one of them was drunk on one night and was walking on our floor. 4. The windows are totally open there no iron made structures on the windows .... 5.Everyone understands hindi but doesn't speak Acting like they don't know what is Hindi language. 6. Bedsheets are very dirty. 7. Bugs are there in the bed. 8. Cctvs are not working/damaged. 9. The most beautiful thing is if you wash your hand in besin the black water come out from the bathroom 😃 10. On the rooftop you can enjoy the sea view by sitting in the broken wooden chairs. 11. No wifi, No distilled water supply. 20 litre water jar which is normal pump water supply outside you have to use your own water bottle yourself 😜 12. Door locks are also damaged ... Not working properly, that means no security 😄 It's not my suggestion, rather request please don't book rooms there. This hotel doesn't deserve even one ⭐. This one ⭐ for the location.

Had a good experience, stayed for 3 days. Overall a good guest house with wonderful view from the rooftop. Maybe difficult for senior citizens as it doesn't have lift, else recommend. 👍
