I stayed at this hotel on 30-08 in the morning for about 2 hours. At checkout, I mistakenly left behind a mirror and two brand-new, packed premium glasses. When I returned the same afternoon to collect my items, the staff gave me only the mirror and said the glasses had been thrown away. It is very strange and unprofessional that sealed, new glasses would be discarded within just a few hours. This raises serious doubts about how guest belongings are actually handled here. If the hotel cannot return my glasses, then all three of us who stayed here will be leaving further negative reviews to make sure others are aware of this kind of treatment. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe, even if forgotten for a short time. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this hotel.

We senior citizen couple in late evening arrived here. I opt for non ac room seeing December month. Room was sufficient for us. I complained about spot on bed sheet and that was changed within minutes. Receptionist Nagmani was very humble and cooperating. For pure veg hotel you may visit nearby Annapurna restaurant located at good location. Very cheap and best. For 60 one plate paratha sabji and for 30 rupees 3 idali sambhar chatni sufficient to fill hunger of we two. Room service was very prompt about 10 minute walk from hotel a big market area perhaps jagdamba market having all options of shopping cheap or costly items. On top of roof facility to dry washed undergarments etc. near reception facility of cold and hot RO water. They provide hot water cattle in room on depositing refundable security of 500 rupees. Perhaps they provide cab etc but as we booked AP tourism for vizag city tour and train for Araku valley so we have no idea about their cab service. Overall good hotel. Vizag itself is one of nice beautiful city of India. So will stay here in future also

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were also very clean. We booked four rooms, and everything was comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful ,they provided us with all the essential amenities we needed. Overall, it’s a budget friendly hotel with good service, and I would recommend it to others.
