Very disappointing experience. Our dog is 4½ years old, and we have been loyal customers of Marshall Pet Shop since he was just 40 days old. We regularly shop from all branches — Ramnagar, Kurmanapalem, NAD, and Gajuwaka — and every month we spend around ₹18–20K on pet products and services. This time also, along with the luxury spa, we purchased several other items. Yet, the service experience was extremely poor. After quoting a fixed amount for the spa, they later demanded more, saying they had “forgotten to mention” extra charges. The person handling our dog was untrained and kept scolding him during the session. Really unsatisfied and disappointed, especially after being such a loyal and regular customer for years.
