I'm devasted after the experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in for treatment, and shortly after, he passed away. I believe the situation was mishandled and that proper care and attention were lacking. To make matter worse, there were no emergency service available when my dog's condition worsened. I trusted this clinic with my pet's life, and that trust was broken. I hope they take steps to improve their care and responsiveness so no one else has to go through what I did. This clinic does not offer 24/7 emergency services. However, they have mentioned in their visiting cards. I request you to change the same as early as possible.

We are extremely grateful to B2Vet Gajuwaka, especially Dr. Bhushan, for the exceptional care and dedication shown towards our pets. Dr. Bhushan treated our Doberman, Alex, for a fracture with such expertise and precision. From diagnosis to treatment and follow-ups, everything was handled professionally and with genuine concern. Today, Alex is doing absolutely fine, and we truly appreciate the care and confidence the doctor gave us during a very stressful time. He also performed a surgery for our Persian cat, Saint, who had a serious condition — one testicle was undescended and located inside his abdomen. We were very worried because we were told it could later develop into a tumour. Dr. Bhushan handled the surgery with incredible skill, and thanks to him, Saint is now completely fine and healthy. The entire process was smooth, and the post-operative care guidance was very clear and reassuring. What stands out the most about B2Vet is their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to animals. Dr. Bhushan is knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely cares about the well-being of pets. The clinic is well-equipped, and the staff are supportive and responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend B2Vet Gajuwaka to anyone looking for trustworthy and expert veterinary care.
