“We stayed at the Landmark Hotel in Vizag, but I suggest no one should go there. The facilities are very poor — the fan and AC make loud noises, and nothing in the bathroom is in good condition. We had a terrible experience.”

Poor maintenance.do not book this hotel.No hot water in winter they provide bucket water heater which is danger with Kids and they served the complementary dinner thali with cool rice which is cooked afternoon and they made us to wait 50 min saying food is being prepared and ordered Non veg sea foods they are also in cool state only

It's a big scam we made a booking on MakeMyTrip they said free dinner and breakfast, we checkd in night time they said dinner is complimentary that is pureveg thali .. they said it will 30mins to deliver they said they will prepare fresh to our surprise it came after 1 hr and it is too cold... And later in room service we order prawn and they sent stale food both .. and we informed reception they said they will cancel but in morning different lady assigned in reception.. we argued lot and raised complaint then any how we giveup and left in a day.

Stayed here for a night. 1. Extremely uncomfortable matress the spring was hurting while sleeping. Very bad quality. 2. No hygiene maintained.there were cockroaches in the room. 3. The towels, bedsheet was also not too clean. 4. Breakfast was cold at the time of start itself. Served only idli, upma amd uttapam. Not worth the price they charged for breakfast. They need to upgrade the level of service provided and maintain hygiene.
