Rooms are good. The hotel is in a good location. But the service is very poor. They kept a torn blanket while I checked in. I stayed here for 3 days and daily asked to change the blankets. But the service staff just said we will change soon. But they didn't change. I booked through booking.com and while checking in i faced issues with reception staff. They are arrogant, impolite and careless. I won't recommend this hotel. After posting the above review, the owner tried to respond by commenting below, which i didn't quite understand. But i understand that he is trying to blame the customer by selling his lies (that the customer shouted at the staff and asked for a refund.). Instead of improving your service, you are blaming every customer. Nice work. You will definitely go from 3.8 star rating to 2 star rating within no time with this attitude. Miru abbadhalu cheppagalaru .. but mi hotel lo unna beds and blankets photos chepthai yedi nijamo... Shame on you.
Not safety for women's and disrespect to women's It's worries experience and not even good response, Waste of money and the management person was not a good guy he was a worries respect about customers mainly women's, not a good hotel to stay and don't try anyone

Horrible experience washrooms are not cleaned room is not good not even lift is working no proper management no civic sense no humor to talk disrespectful and when we decided to change the hotel just in between 20 min they said money is non refundable soo if any one seeing my review it's not PR or frustration it's true to think before book
