I stayed in ground floor 2BHK with 4 of my friends in 2nd week December 2023. It was pathetic room and service. Rooms were not cleaned, one of toilet door was broken, water was leaking from bathroom, no proper utensils in kitchen not even spoons, no dustbin, no handwash or shop, disruption in water supply, the water filter was kept just waste water, it take one full night to give you 2 bottle of water. The receptionist just enter the room without permission to take water from kitchen. You ask them to clean the house, they will say 5 mins but that 5 mins never come. The photos provided could be very old, the property is poorly maintained.
Pathetic service and the rooms could have been better. The building is old and the washrooms are below average. ACs are not working and service person is clueless. The only advantage is that it is in a prime location of Visakhapatnam. Don't get fooled by looking at the photos posted in various hotel booking websites.
The price of the rooms were too high but we enjoyed
We were group of 10 , we received nice services . We enjoyed the stay . Best place .
Be cautious about trusting the photos you see online, as they can be misleading. This place is definitely not suitable for families, and I would recommend avoiding a stay here. On a positive note, I appreciate that they at least provide a bucket and a mug in the washroom. However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired; they have a strong unpleasant odor. It’s hard to believe that the place is 100% tidy when there's no bin available to dispose of rubbish. Overall, my experience here has been quite disappointing.
