Hotel is at prime location, spacious rooms but old building. Staffs behavior was good.

The hotel manager is an expert in breaking trust. I had paid advance of Rs. 500 and had booked 1 non-ac room for 3 days from 24 Jan to 27 Jan. I had talked to this manager and he had sent me the bill copy. However just one hour before our arrival at the hotel, he began blabbering over call that we have been given room in another hotel. When I asked why such thing, he said over phone that 'hume bhi business karna hai' and 'nobody will give you room at Rs. 1000 on weekends'. Then he paid back advance. Just think for a moment , my friends that u rely on this person and u reach vizag at 12 am night. Therefore, i suggest, my friends to avoid this hotel at all costs bcoz the manager here is an expert in breaking trust. P.s. I have screenshot of all transactions which the manager is shamelessly whining to be false.
