Negligence, my cat having fever but they don't treat proper way taking blood first time , they didn't give any report, again taking blood this time,This much negligence i didn't expect waste of time they even don't know what medicine should give shame on staff , If my cat not recovered properly i will take action seriously worst staff 🤬🤬🤬🤬
The contact number that displays on the google page is not working and the administration team is not giving any other contact number to get the information regarding timings of the hospital and Xray and Scanning team. Hospitals should maintain a contact number so it's easy to get the information. Admin team don't know the working hours of x-ray team and they don't have their numbers. Hospital maintenance is very bad

Worst duty doctor... I took an abandoned shih tzu to him at 9 am he suggested private clinic and did not even give details of shampoo that can be used to bathe the dog... Always hinting at private clinics... Gatekeeping advise and asking us to come 3 days continuously... Every animal any issue same treatment...
As per rule is concern, This NTR Govt.Vet Hospital SHOULD BE OPEN 24×7. SUB:- UNFORTUNATELY DOG MET WITH ACCIDENT, TAKEN FOR EMERGENCY CARE AT 22:30. BUT, NO DOCTOR OR STAFF IS PRESENT FOR EMERGENCY CASES. "Staff not abide with rules imposed by govt". ALL THE STAFF LEAVING BEFORE STIPULATED TIME PERIOD. HOW THEY CAN SIMPLY NOTATE HOSPITAL IS OPEN 24×7 WITHOUT FOLLOWING IT. "THIS CAN LEAD TO FATAL FOR HELPLESS ANIMALS". INDEED, WE SHOULD ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO RESPECTIVE AUTHORITIES.
