It's been wonderful experience of more than one and half years with prathyusha pet clinic.......amazing ppl, superrr facilities, warm welcome , a total package of good team work and excellent servicing !!!!
Very rude and arrogant people.The grooming person is rude and service is bad,lot of cuts for my obedient and calm dog.Badly handling my baby boy,not recommending it ,dont go there if you love your baby.He is screaming at customers,owner doesn't look into these matters or what? They charged 1600 rupees for just grooming,ill-mannered satff.Are you people even looking how he is handling pets? Please observe if he is beating or dragging or by pulling harshly.This is ABUSE.😡😡😡 grooming doesn't need to be abusive for our pets.
These guys have a great hospitality and great customer service I mean yeah for our pets they are the best so far in my experience in Vijayawada
Its a first time visit, staff were good and Mr Rajesh is gentle with pet and gave better suggestions and I would like to visit again.
