I recently started taking my dog captain to Marshalls pet zone here and he loves all they have out of the dogs. The staff is great and everything is so clean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I took my beloved 2-year-old Shih Tzu to Marshalls Petzone in Vijayawada for grooming, and it was a nightmare. The grooming was done poorly, with fake reviews deceiving customers into thinking otherwise. They charge over prices, yet use cheap shampoo for a standard wash, reserving the good stuff only for luxury services, a clear money trap. Not only did they botch the haircut, leaving my poor pup with red burns on all four legs from the trimmer, also the overall body leveling was completely misaligned. This place is a disaster waiting to happen for your furry friend. Avoid at all costs and spread the word to fellow pet parents—Marshalls Petzone Vijayawada is not worth the risk.
