Doggy Ville – Pet Boarding & Grooming Vijayawada

I suggest all the pet lovers not lodge your pets in Doggy ville. The staff in doggy ville are really worst and rude. They don't know how to behave with customers. Then assume how they will treat and take care about your pets. I kept my 2 pets in doggy ville for 41 days, paid 50k and they even didn't provided the bill invoice as well.But the there is an lady employee in the kennel who is very vulgar and shows disrespect to customers. she dunno how to talk to customers. she feels like she the owner of kennel. I tried to reach owner for 3 times over phone, but the owner didn't responded to me. @amrutha madam(Owner of Doggy ville), If you are not available to customers please don't do business. I was there in your kennel for more 90minutes(FYI check you CC camera). But didn't got an opportunity or did received call back from you. The most important thing in any business is loyalty to customers, availability and good services, I don't see any of these in your kennel. So, I strictly and humbly suggest all the pet lovers to not lodge your pets for their sake in this DOGGY VILLE kennel. I don't think this kennel is properly maintaining proper rules and regulations as per veterinary department of government. I going lodge a case and complaint on them in consumer court to identify whether they are maintaining proper guidelines as per the honorable government of Andhra Pradesh and India

I have seen lady shouting loudly at pets to control them and not cleaning the place after dog pee’s. Not even hourly charges but one good thing they keeping sending videos and pictures of our pet activities.

To be honest most hygiene and beautiful place for pet lovers, recently I had taken my greatdane to Doggy ville for swimming, they maintaining swimming pool very hygiene and staff support also very friendly and I will strongly recommend Doggy ville pet boarding and grooming

I appreciate by how much people are happy with your atmosphere and treatment but i came across a very ruthless behaviour by one of the dog walker or care taker. He treated a a golden retriever dog very badly he pulled the dog’s belt it might actually hurt its neck I know how dogs behave and sometimes we need to do that but not that harder. I hope you guys have knowledge how behaviour of all dogs (well behaved and menacing) before you actually set up your business. I was really happy when i got to know there is a caretaking service available near me but not anymore. This review and rating might change with your improved services

Hey guys, I am Roshan , we have been raising a dog for 6 years and we never left it alone but due to a medical condition we searched for a dog hostel for our dog BITTU , we found doggy ville near us , we went for a look and we trusted them , the result they were able to perfectly deal with our dog , our Bittu really ate on time and the care was really great , I sincerely and honestly recommend you this dog hostel for all needs....
