Worst service and Groomers doesnt know how to do a hair cut, worst service and worst client response. Prices are way too high, service they are giving is not at all worth it.
The service was disgusting and prices were not less than a five start pet salon. My dog got cut on his mouth and on his left paw . He wasn’t eating anything from that day I consulting a vet thinking he might had a rashes after that he clearly mentioned that it’s a cut caused while grooming and when I called them back their response was insane : u should inform us about it on that day we can’t do anything with that proves now. What kind of service is this ? Why do I even call if it happens because of something else ? I will not recommend this salon if u concern about ur pet and their pain. I will post the pictures n it’s clear that it was caused by grooming .
I had a very disappointing experience with this pet spa. The main issue is their complete lack of communication with clients and there’s no clear update about the prices once they’re in they will change the charges. A service like this should value communication and transparency, but unfortunately, that seems to be missing here. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
Absolutely loved the experience at this pet spa! They gave our pup a perfect zero cut — super neat and just how we wanted it. Plus, we found quality dog food there at a great price. Great service, great value.
Visited for 0 cut for great dane. Ambience is good. Only - ve is, they have only one blade size trimmer, removing hair between paws and under paws took lot of time because trimmer not passing properly. If they have small size blade as well, removing hair under and between paws made job easy.
