Great Hotel. I upgraded from the bunk beds to a room. To my surprise the rooms were massive and super clean. Gave a good positive vibe. All the staff were very polite and helpfull. Thanks for making this a great stay
We stayed here in their Dorms during our School Picnic and I'd say they really have the best dorms in Varanasi. Also, the staff members are very polite and cooperative. 10/10 recommended.
Although this place is a bit far from the main city areas of Varanasi, I would still love to appreciate it, especially considering the price and overall value for private stays. Normally, I prefer to stay closer to the ghats, but on my last trip, I decided to stay a little away from the city’s hustle and noise. And guess what—it turned out to be a great choice! The area is calm, the rooms are hygienic and safe, and the staff is very prompt and responsive through the help desk. I also loved the food here.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Local Lok in Varanasi with a group of 42 people, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was extremely supportive and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the rooftop café, offering a fantastic ambiance and great views. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time, making it a perfect choice for any type of stay. It was truly a 10 on 10!
I stayed here as a volunteer and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helped me discover the right places to visit in Varanasi, along with everything I needed to know about the city. The backend team was also very supportive. And the host, Veronica, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a wholesome and meaningful experience in Varanasi. The antique decor and the beautifully curated gallery walls at Local Lok are absolutely not to be missed.
