Our experience with this resort during our wedding ceremony was deeply disappointing and frustrating. There was absolutely no coordination among the staff, and every event was delayed beyond schedule. The food quality was far below expectations — bland taste, poor presentation, and insufficient variety for the high price charged.The management was completely unprofessional. The manager made big promises before the event but failed to deliver on every front. His inexperience was visible throughout, and there was no sense of responsibility or urgency from the entire team.For an event costing around 24–25 lakhs, the services provided were substandard and nowhere near acceptable. Every function was affected by mismanagement, poor planning, and lack of attention to detail.Overall, this resort turned what should have been a joyful celebration into a stressful experience. No part of their service is worth recommending.

The management introduced unexplained, exorbitant extra charges not only without any prior discussion but at the most critical, high-pressure moments. It felt less like a professional service and more like a deliberate attempt at exploitation, hitting us with surprise fees for supposed services that were either never delivered or were already understood to be included. The lack of transparency regarding costs was appalling and unethical The level of chaos and negligence displayed by the venue's staff and management was simply staggering. It was evident that there was zero coordination or accountability. The entire celebration was heavily impacted, suffering significant delays and discomfort due to their gross oversights Astonishingly, we discovered that they had double-booked the facility, scheduling another event immediately preceding ours without allowing the necessary transition or preparation time. This resulted in an utterly disorganized venue, compromised setup, and unnecessary, stressful delays for our guests When the situation inevitably spiraled into confusion and required immediate intervention—specifically at the moment the baraat (groom's procession) arrived—the owner, who is supposed to be the lead point of contact, vanished. Calls went unanswered, leaving us and our wedding party completely stranded during a peak moment of embarrassment and crisis. When we finally managed to confront the management post-event, the owner’s reaction was arguably the most disturbing part. Instead of offering an apology or seeking a resolution, their behavior was utterly disrespectful, aggressive, and characterized by rude and abusive language. This kind of temperament is unacceptable from anyone, let alone the person responsible for running a high-profile hospitality business The demeanor of the on-site staff was consistently hostile and off-putting. They approached the entire function with an air of entitlement and disregard, acting as if our presence and the wedding itself were an inconvenience to them. There was no trace of the supportive, professional service one expects after paying a premium price for a marriage venue. Their lack of concern and inability to execute simple tasks compounded the misery. We chose this venue, compromising on the high tariff, under the expectation of receiving a benchmark of quality and ethical service. What we received was the polar opposite: a cocktail of rudeness, financial predation, gross mismanagement, and total operational failure. To prospective clients: Please, protect your special day. There are countless other venues in Sarnath/Varanasi. Do not make the same mistake we did. The heartache, public embarrassment, and enduring stress caused by the Buddha Theme Park Banquet are not worth the risk. This venue is a zero-star disaster and should be avoided at all costs
