The location is spot on with excellent connectivity throughout the city. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. Food here is delicious with decent breakfast spread consisting of North Indian and South Indian dishes. Also, great hospitality and service by Chef Vikas, Aman, Shibu and Bablu. A big thumbs up!
Nice place to stay in Varanasi. Clean room with hygiene washroom. Staff from reception (Manisha) to all the all staff’s in restaurant (Nitin, Suraj, Omprakash & Shibu) are just awesome, very humble & they treat you like a family. Immaculate experience .
We stayed here for 3 nights and its the first time to VARANASI. It was very comfortable and homely stay . Food was exquisite!!! Chefs here take special care of each ones choices made dining delightful . Hospitality and service especially takes special appreciation as they go extra miles make us feel like a family took really good care of an elderly travelling with me. Spl mention here AMAN , SEEBU , NITHIN Who became an inseparable part of Our journey made memorable. The calm composed manager (vishal)ensured everything went smooth to make us comfortable and very cooperative. Our tour manager NANDINI helped us in navigating places around leaving part of our heart behind with them. Cleanliness was top notch and the overall ambience reflected care and dedication. Undoubtably best place to stay considering all the amenities at your fingertips. Grateful beyond the words for Love , warmth and memories . I booked for my parents and in laws and right from entry to exit the were so happy and well taken care of! Manisha Yadav at reception was a quick help at hand for me as I love in London and if I needed to ask or accommodate anything for them she always made my life easy. My parents and inlaws were celebrating special occasions , i ordered cakes ok teo days of their sta and she arranged them beautifully in tray before sending! Gave them high tea even when they were bit late , overall a great stay for them with accomodating staff!
I recently stayed here, this was my second time, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel truly lives up to its 'BOUTIQUE' identity. ;) The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The Reception people were welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the linen and bed sheets were not very clean, which was disappointing. The washroom was hygienic. Housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast spread was decent. I liked having Masala dosa and Idlies. However, fresh cold-pressed juices were not available, which was a drawback. At the breakfast counter, Shibu, Bublu, and Nitin were very courteous and checked if I needed anything else. Chef Vikas personally came over to ask how the food was. The hotel is conveniently located with good connectivity to major areas of Varanasi. Would love to visit again in future.
