Room was small but very neat and clean. There was no hanger to hand cloths and almira is also small but doable. Bathroom was very clean and desk receptionist was also good.
The hotel was pathetic. They did not have a lift. The lift was was not working the day. The service was very bad. There was no food in the hotel and also there was no towel. All people had to bathe from One towel. Please don’t go to This hotel.

I stayed in Naman palace hotel for 2days with 15 pax & i was so happy to stay. The rooms were hygenically clean, with clean linens & hot water geyser fully working hot even in 10•c tempt. The inhouse food was too yummy. The service.by Jitusingh was marvellous, he waa always smiling & even guiding for the siteseeing spots. The owner Shri Chandan ji was also kind hearted & cooperative. It was a memorable stay. It's just opposite to Banaras railway station, so no transport needed. Thnx Naman Palace for a lifetime cheerful experience at the hotel. I recommend guests to stay at Naman Palace as it's near, affordable, clean & with cooperative staff. Thnx Prashant VP
