Please if you go then you can fell in trouble like me
I have stayed over here for 5-6 days . The rooms staff and service was commendable especially the manager he managed well and came to pick me up that was really unexpected. It's economicall as well ! Do try once ha !
Pathetic experience. We stayed here for 4 days during our Banaras trip, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The property is located in a very narrow lane where even a cycle cannot be parked. No parking facility at all - getting inside the property itself is a struggle because shopkeepers’ vehicles are always parked in front of the entrance. Ground and first floors are commercial, and only the upper floors are used as a PG-style accommodation, not a proper hotel. Not suitable for families; better suited only for bachelors. No food facility or cooking options available. Very poor communication from the owner/staff. No basic amenities provided - no mosquito repellent, soap, comb, or toothbrush. Bathrooms were unhygienic and dirty. If you order food then you have to buy use and throw plates separately else they have their broken steel plates and not cleaned properly. At checkout, no bill was provided, even after multiple follow-ups with the owner later. Overall, the stay was not worth the money and lacked even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras.
The room itself was barely acceptable, but everything beyond the four walls was a complete failure. There was absolutely no housekeeping—no daily cleaning, no maintenance, nothing. The lack of basic hospitality was shocking and unacceptable. A long list of amenities was advertised, yet most of them simply did not exist. No toiletries, no mineral water, no chair, no closet, no iron or ironing board, no work desk, no kettle, and no electronic safe. This is not a “missed detail”; it is outright false advertising. The only items that actually worked were the TV and telephone, which hardly compensates for the absence of essentials. Even more absurd, there was no water service in the room at all. Guests were expected to walk downstairs just to refill water bottles, which is completely unreasonable and frankly embarrassing for any establishment claiming to offer deluxe accommodation. The air conditioning was equally pointless during winter, offering no meaningful comfort. To make matters worse, booking a deluxe room for three people in winter results in the third guest being given a paper-thin bedsheet masquerading as a blanket, making it impossible to stay warm. This level of neglect shows a complete disregard for guest comfort. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing and nowhere near the standard promised. The experience reflects poor management, misleading listings, and a fundamental lack of understanding of basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking, especially during the winter season.
