Hotel Tridev Grand

Most of the rooms are with damp on walls. Need maintenance. Bathrooms settings need maintenance. Most of the rooms do not have window. Location is near Tridev mandir. On the road. Staffs behaviour is very good. Very cooperative, fast service. Manager is very supportive. Foods in restaurant are very good. Me and my family liked a lot.

We stayed in Hotel Tridev Grand for our recent visit to Varanasi. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. Their in-house restaurant is also very hygienic and tasty food. Location vise it’s perfect as it’s close by to Assi Ghat and BHU (50Rs for two by auto). It’s also close by to Vishwanath temple. Overall a good stay. Recommend to stay here for your next visit to Kashi.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Tridev Grand, Varanasi. We were a family of 6 which included my elderly parents and my children. We had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean.The staff were friendly and attentive. Since we are from the south, the hotel manager Mr Rajeshwar Gupta prepared an itinerary for us to visit places of worship in Varanasi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya. This made our stay memorable. Mr Deepak at the front desk and his colleague were very friendly and helped us with the local sightseeing and ghat visit. This was especially appreciated by my aged parents. The hotel is located very near to Sankat Mochan temple in Durga Kund and is perfectly located with easy access to shopping areas by local transport. This hotel has a great restaurant which provides very tasty food. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

WARNING: Do Not Trust Google Reviews - Terrible Experience Do not trust the good reviews you see on Google Maps; they seem fake or paid for. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Severe Smell Issue: The entire hotel had a foul odor. The elevator smelled strongly, and when I tried to use the staircase instead, it was also very smelly. This made walking around the hotel unpleasant. Check-in Trouble: The staff started an argument with us about checking in as an unmarried couple, even though we are not from the area. When I asked why this rule was not on the booking website, they agreed it was their mistake. This wasted our time and caused stress. Room was Too Small and Dirty: The room was tiny. You could barely stand or move around comfortably. It was also smelly and dirty. The walls were covered in grime and the paint was peeling off. The light was poor, and the air conditioner did not work well. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were rude and unprofessional. They woke me up very early in the morning by knocking loudly on the door. They only wanted to collect the iron box they had given me earlier when I asked for it. Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel. The bad smell throughout the building, the poor service, and the unacceptable room condition made this a terrible stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 04 feb 26 to 07 feb 26. The hotel is located near Assi Ghat and airport pickup/drop facility is available on extra charges. The room is just so basic and nowhere matching with 3star as they say on websites. The breakfast buffet is worst and taste is very bad. Never book breakfast included room. As we tasted breakfast on the first morning we did not eat for the rest of the stay and the money paid for it got wasted. The bedsheets were not clean and we had to get them changed before use. The bathroom fittings were leaking and had very bad experience. The room service was bad and reception desk does not pick up call when you want anything from the room. Each time we had to personally go to reception downstairs for everything we needed. I strongly recommend NEVER to stay in this hotel. This was just a basic dharamshala with a fancy charge. I am surprised how is it listed in Makemytrip as 3 star hotel. They should take it down asap to prevent their own reputation.
