This doctor will not even touch the dog, and asked to pull dog's eyes down to do the check up, what's wrong with him! He also asked to chain the dog as soon as we visited and didn't even try to provide right medication, saying all is okay, while my dog had 107 F temperature! When the temperature was not coming down, tried calling him, but he simply ignored my calls and messages!

A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than you love yourself. And such a caring dog clinic in Varanasi.
I lost my beloved dog because of this vet’s careless and unprofessional behavior. Over the span of two months, I visited his clinic 4–5 times, each time expressing concern about my dog’s health. He never once examined her, not even a basic check-up. His repeated response was, "Just tie her, she’ll be fine." We trusted his word because he was the “expert,” but that blind trust cost my dog her life. Even in her final days, when it was clear she was unwell, he didn’t bother to investigate. Instead, he gave me a compounder's number and casually suggested giving her a drip—without any diagnosis. Out of desperation, we sought a second opinion, and it was only then we learned she had jaundice—a treatable condition if caught earlier. But by then, it was too late. This vet’s negligence and indifference were the sole reasons for her suffering and death. No accountability, no compassion, no basic veterinary ethics. Please, if you truly love your pet, think twice before trusting this clinic. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this pain.
