I had been sending my 6 year old beagle to pet pals since last 4-5 months for grooming and sulphur bath for its dermatitis. He has developed such a bad ear infection which is due to entry of water in the ear while bathing. My beagle never had an ear infection when we were bathing him at home. I am really disappointed with pet pals. You should keep better trained persons for grooming of dogs.
I took my 3-year-old female pug SAPPHIRE to Pet Pals for surgery, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! Dr. Amit did a fantastic job with the surgery. He’s highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. The post-op follow-ups have been amazing, showing how much they truly care about every pet’s recovery. The staff at Pet Pals treats every pet with so much love and kindness, just like their own, it really makes all the difference. I’d highly recommend this place to any pet parent who wants their furry friend in the best hands!
One of the best Pet care centre in varanasi. Got my Buddy full groomed today. The support staff and caretakers are awesome at their jobs. If you need grooming and health treatments of your pets then Pet Pals is your go to place.
Had a really good experience at Petpals. Took my dog there for grooming and the job was done perfectly. The staff is very polite, patient, and genuinely caring with pets. The doctor was very nice as well — he checked my dog’s eyes and overall condition properly and explained things calmly. You can tell they actually care about animals, not just the service. Overall, a very friendly and professional place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good grooming and trustworthy care for their pets.
