Very Decent services & staff. Very nice place to stay. Beautiful interiors and exteriors. Clean rooms and hygiene Lavatory.
Need to improve you hospitality services.. No towel soaps were provided The staff need to be more professional They make you leave the room before checkout time. Work on your management. Otherwise ambience and room are clean and beautiful.
They were charging 6K for a standard room, after negotiating the room was settled for 5 K, which was still over pricey for the kind of room it was. Room no. 205 - chewing gum , candy wrappers were sticked on the floor as if it was not cleaned for days, building is old structured standalone house and that is why the room has a weird smell of old building, faucets were broken and water was leaking continously, pillow covers had lipstick stain. We checked in at 9 pm and one under age young boy was responsible to deal with everything. We ordered simple khichdi and the over-smart chef who was looking filthy , chewing ghutka prepared a disgusting khichdi which had no taste and was watery. They took 2 hours to serve khichdi and papad. The worst hotel I have stayed so far …
Had an amazing stay at this villa!! The hosts were so welcoming and warm and took care of all the little things we needed. The food was super delicious and homely. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this stay.
Great location, above average rooms but at the same time thats not the only thing to look up to if you gonna stay for a couple of days. Cons:- The management was at it's lowest. The staffs were incompetent, It took more than an hour if asked for any services(water, tea... etc) and that to multiple calls were required. I had a bad experience here, nearly for a whole day the water supply was down and that was horrible, one of the washroom's geezer on terrace was not functioning even after complaining nothing was done. Talking about behaviour some were good a few were more than rude( Slangs were used, anger issues). No individual room locks, going outside means you have to leave your room unlocked (not everyone was chill with this including me). Rooms were good, cleaning was done but for cleaning i'll give 2 stars, not liked it. It was as if cleaning done only for the sake of cleaning. Pros:- Good looks and decoration. Overall I would recommend this place to many people, just kidding 😂. Can't even imagine to share details about this trip with my friends, getting mocked is 100% sure. I read other reviews too and as per those i can say that this place is good for ... pets. I hope these cons will be worked on. **TAKE IT PROFESSIONALLY**
