They lack instruments for trimming and other chores and on the top of that just to vent out the anger of us he mishandled our pet badly in front of us. I'm never going to this place again in life and strongly recommend all fellow pet lovers to not endanger your pets life by going to this shop ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare for pets. I took my cat for grooming, and what I witnessed was beyond unethical. The staff clearly have no clue how to handle animals with care and compassion. First, someone who was bathing another dog kept touching my cat. Not only is that unhygienic, but it also shows their complete lack of professionalism. But the worst part? The way they forcefully handled my cat. The person in charge grabbed her so aggressively that she started hyperventilating out of pure fear. My cat has never reacted this way before, and I was absolutely horrified. Grooming is supposed to be a stress-free experience, but this place turned it into a traumatizing event. If they can’t even treat pets with basic respect, they shouldn’t be in this business at all. I wouldn’t trust them with any animal, let alone my own pet. Avoid this place at all costs if you actually care about your pet’s well-being.

We had a very great experience with Pankaj bhai from the akota branch. He was very gentle with our 1yr old golden retriever provided a very friendly environment. Our golden retriever had his first grooming session and enjoyed it , we are glad we chose to visit this place for his first hair cut. Later we realised that he was an expert dog trainer no wonder our baby enjoyed his service.

And Dogs n more,Vadodara Primarily after reading their reviews on Google, I thought to take my Pet dog (female German shepherd) to their shop for trimming & Nail cutting. Can't believe, it turned up to be a disastrous decision. They're a real threat to the life of your pet. They're very unprofessional, highly unhygienic and treat their customers like a thrash. They lack instruments for trimming and other chores and on the top of that just to vent out the anger of us he mishandled our pet badly in front of us. My pet started bleeding when he was cutting her nails and grabbed our pet like a thrash just to show his anger on us because all we said was," to use another trimmer as the one he was using was not working at all & he himself knew that".Look at the flooring, it was so slippery for dogs, which us very bare minimum and Initial requirement🙄 Bottom line : I'm never going to this place again in life and strongly recommend all fellow pet lovers to not endanger your pets life by going to this shop ever.
