He took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect puppy for me. The puppy I chose, Goldy, is absolutely adorable and healthy. The shopkeeper had already taken him to the vet for his vaccinations and checkup, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I also appreciated the shopkeeper's excellent communication skills. He kept me updated at every step of the process, from the moment he picked up Goldy in Punjab to the moment he arrived in Vadodara. He even sent me a video call as soon as Goldy arrived so that I could see him for the first time. I was especially impressed by the way he handled the unexpected delay caused by the Biporjoy storm. He kept me updated on the situation and let me know as soon as the storm had passed. He also made sure that Goldy was well-cared for during the delay, giving him cerelac and taking him to the vet personally to get his vaccine and deworming done. I was very happy with the level of communication and customer service I received from the shopkeeper. He made sure that I was always informed about what was happening, and he went above and beyond to make sure that Goldy was safe and healthy.
