I tried calling to to get the dog groomed but sevice denied - they don't do Paw triming , they don't do any fancy trim which is okay but the person who received the call seems not interested to do the service. Poor customer service

"A Perfect Day for My Pooch: Pet Shop & Grooming Experience" I recently visited this place, and from start to finish, it was an incredible experience for both me and my pup, Max. From the moment we walked in, the shop had a welcoming vibe, with a fresh and clean scent (no overpowering perfumes, just a nice, pleasant smell). Max was immediately drawn to the selection of treats and toys, and I was impressed by the variety of high-quality, options they offered—perfect for Max's sensitive stomach. The grooming area was separate from the main store, which was nice because it created a calm and quiet atmosphere. The staff greeted Max like an old friend, and I could tell they had a real love for animals. I especially appreciated how they took the time to ask about Max's grooming history and any special needs. Max can be a bit nervous about nail trims, and they reassured him with gentle, calm voices and soft touches. During his grooming session, I could actually see how relaxed he was through the viewing window. It was so comforting to see the groomers treating him as if he were their own pet. When I picked him up, he looked incredible—his fur was trimmed perfectly, his nails were done, and he even had a little bowtie around his neck! Max was happy, wagging his tail, and the groomers shared a little report on his behavior, which I really appreciated. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s rare to find a place that prioritizes both the pet and the owner's comfort so well. Max and I will definitely be back!
