Love palak and her all her sitters they are so friendly to me as well my pet.My pet dog is so shy but even though he dint feel comfortable at first they tried their best and atlast made him feel good.If you are ever leaving your pet with them be assured that you will get time to time updates with cute pics and videos of your pet being themseleves and not eeling alone. My Cat FIFA stayed with Palak for a week.initially he didn't get out of the bed as the place was new for him..but She took really good care of him n Showered him with lots of treats and kept an eye on him day n night.next day he was out playing around..I was really worried for him, but before I could ask for his updates, she sent his pictures and videos every now and then, made me feel relaxed as I knew what he was doing there n that he is comfortable.. Her house is safe, no pet cat can escape and ample of space to roam around.Regular video calls made me feel close to him...she is very particular about regular video calls with ur pet...n she updates with msgs too, what my baby was doing. Thank you so much Palak and family for taking good care of my FIFA. Love you.

We had gone for a week's vacation. With 2 kittens (4months & 2months old), it was very important for us to give them a cozy and extremely safe and healthy environment, as they didn't get along at all. We came across this, Gracy's Cat Homestay. After just a 30 min pre-visit to inspect the place, we got to know that Palak and her family members were extremely extremely caring towards all kinds of animals and there was a very happy and positive aura at their place. She used to send us photos and videos daily without fail. She never gave a chance to remind her for that. We were very happy with her homestay. Our kittens were very comfortable and to be honest they got very cozy with her, to the point that we got jealous :D. Jokes apart, do not think twice before keeping your pets under her care. Super satisfactory.
