During our recent visit, we encountered some issues with the service. Unfortunately, one of the staff members appeared inexperienced. There was an incident where shampoo got into my dog's eye, resulting in irritation and redness. I had to bring it to the staff's attention as they seemed unaware of the situation. Additionally, I noticed some lapses in handling techniques, and when I provided feedback on gentleness, the response was less reassuring. Overall, this experience left us quite disappointed.

There staff is good and thay all behaved nicely. but some items are very expensive.

So sharing this disappointing experience after almost 2 weeks i got my dog groomed.. i will NEVER use their services in future and would even recommend shihtzu owners to refrain. When i went to pick my shihtzu after spa besides the awful haircut i noticed she had teary eyes, much more than usual. i enquired about the shampoo and hygiene but staff was taking it casually till then.. after some time the condition became so worse that she was struggling to even open her eyes, i had to consult a vet who suggested continuous monitoring and eye drops.. he suggested reason could be unprofessional shampoo , not cleaning eyes properly after haircut or hygiene at spa.. i was so so scared but thankfully she was better after almost 18 hrs of struggle.. Iam attaching her video too for you guys to realte..DONT RISK YOUR DOGS HEALTH here… the groomer was either new or totally unprofessional which was very much evident from the unclean haircut also.. i got a call from paws and claws later though for a vet checkup and 1 free session but iam sorry.. this was not just a BAD HAIRCUT, it was the unprofessionalism ur place has…PLEASE REFRAIN PEOPLE..

I have a toy pom, he has a lot of knots in his furr, so paws and claws suggested to remove all his furr and did it with zero trimmer, actually in this brid, zero trimmer should never be used otherwise hair don't grow in some areas, expert knows this, I am facing this issue, guys if you have toy pom never groom with zero trimmer, seizure can be used... I am very upset with paws and claws team for misguiding me

Updated review. 21st oct. The best place for my cat's grooming. I love these guys and Try to get your pets on weekdays (if you have a dog please be on time as it takes alot of time to groom a dog compared to cats) And these guys are gentlemen. They treat your pets like their own babies. (Old review) I came here at 4:00 and I took appointment. These guys made me wait for 40 mins. And this is not the first time I came here. It's my fifth. And last. Not coming here again.
