My dog Luna used to be nervous around new dogs and so I was quite worried about planning an overseas vacation and leaving her for nearly a month. But Soul.konnect family put me at ease immediately with the questions they asked about her care. And they really took very good care of her, the best that I could have gotten. They took care of her fears, her daily schedule and her food, just as I had requested. She is perfectly as healthy and happy as I had left her at the beginning of our vacation! Asawariji is a great human and a devoted dog lover. I highly recommend her facility, for daycare and for short or long stays. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my puppy than this pet hostel – it’s truly the best in town! The facilities are clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to make pets feel at home. A special shout-out to Asawari, the most caring and loving caretaker. She treated my puppy like her own, ensuring not just a safe stay but also a happy and playful experience. Superb hospitality towards my pet Snowy my shih-tzu, Maheshwari Aunty is very warm. The boarding facilities are top notch. First time ever my Snowy didn't want to comeback.

When I left my pet dog Whisky at the hostel for a month, I was very worried. But they took such good care of him here — especially Asavari Didi. She gave him his medicines on time and provided a very clean, safe, and homely environment. I also felt very satisfied because I could talk to Whisky through video calls and videos they sent me. Truly, it’s hard to imagine any other hostel as good as this one. I also left him here again for a week during Diwali this year, and I am completely satisfied once again.
