Nice turtle but the turtle is not eating anything!! But the shopkeeper has nice behaviour with coustomers and its shell is white not moving from the aquarium and not eating has no energy from 1st day

I brought a persian kitten from here. But after a 2-3 days I noticed my kitten 's ears are filled up with mites and her skin are infected with fless and mites. Because of that my kitten suffering from high grade fever right now.she is lethargy and refused to eat because of skin infection. And also she suffers from eye infection ( conjectivities ). Their breeders not take care of her for 2 months. My kitten right now not well. Reason behind of it carelessness of breeder.i am emotionally and financially suffering and mostly important my kitten physically suffer.
