High cost amount medicine and doctor not available

I want to share my lovely experience with Pet Hypermarket and his owner Mr. Akash. We had visited his shop for our pet dog and there we saw this beautiful African Grey, Koko. It was love at first sight. Ultimately, he landed with us in few days as we could not hold back. He was a instant hit with my kids and husband. One day he had a fall from his perch pole and sustained a small wound on his chest. This worsened slowly in spite of home-based treatment, we contacted Mr. Akash and responded immediately. He consulted with Dr Lobo and Dr.Chetan and they kept Koko under their care. It was a difficult situation for all of us, with their love and care, he healed nicely in couple of weeks. Mr. Akash has always taken a very personal attention, which saved dear koko, for which we are highly obliged and ever thankful.

A must-visit place for your little family member! The owner, Mr. Akash and his staff, Mr. Yogesh, are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to assist with all your needs. Also, they offer a wide variety of options for toys, treats, food, leashes, harnesses, and more. I highly recommend Pet Hypermart! Good work Mr. Akash!!!

Worst place to buy anything from here. They don't have enough variety of cat food and the behaviour of the owner, Mr Akash is not professional. Seems like he is running a fraud business because whenever you ask for bill or invoice, he refuses and gives lame excuses like my system is not working. The visiting doctor Dr. Angela is a nice person but there is no proper table or place to keep your pet while examination. The clinic seems like cheap place for just eating food. Even though he takes payment on his UPI id, he will ask you to take invoice from Doctor for consultation or treatment. He behave very rude if you try to make any conversation in this case. I have been visiting his shop since 2 yrs but still things are the same. Would never recommend this place to a pet parent.

Pet Hypermart has the best selection of pet food, accessories, and toys in the city! Prices are affordable too. My dog and cat love all food and toys we purchase from here. Must visit for pet parents
