I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The salesperson was extremely rude – instead of assisting me, he told me “If you are purchasing something then pay and go, don’t just ask for prices.” This is not how customers should be treated. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable visiting this place.
It was a very bad experience from the people from the shop I asked some doubts about the aquarium, plants and light they behave like I'm owed cash from them . Whoever comes to buy fishes from any aquarium they ask questions . That's basically what I ask . Not everyone wants fish to die after purchase from any aquarium shop . So we want a stable ecosystem to build our home . Actually he doesn't know about new kinds of Aquarium fishes plants light and all . If you purchase any fish from there make sure it's diseased or not .very unhygienic atmosphere. I'm highly disappointed .
Very bad. There are cats dogs and some other animals. Everything was in really bad condition. I felt like those are gonna die soon. Cays and dogs are very lean that i can see every single bones out. And very dirty. Very bad smell.
