This place is so neat and beautiful. In thrissur this place is the most tidiest one among all other pet grooming studios. We can see the grooming from reception area and the way they handled my pet was very much professional and I will definitely recommend this place to all pet parents out there!!! ‘Customer Service’ and their hospitality is simply awesome 😍🥰🥰😍 They make sure to meet customer expectations and build a good rapport with the customers and that’s what it make Pet Focuz a unique one. I recently had my German Shepherd groomed at Petfocuz and I was so happy with the service. Max, the owner of the shop, came to pick up my dog and he handled him with great care. Max is a down to earth person who clearly knows his way around dogs. The grooming itself was fantastic, my dog looks so handsome now! Max also sent videos during the grooming session, which was a great relief as I could see my dog enjoying the session. The shop was so clean and well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the groom. I highly recommend Petfocuz for their exceptional grooming services and professionalism. Thank you, Max, for making my furry friend look his best!
I am Dr. Regi George, a Radiologist by profession from Thrissur. I received excellent service from Maxon Mathew and his team at PET FOCUZ, Vallarkkavu, Thrissur, for my Rottweiler's grooming and hospital care. Their service was extremely helpful and timely. The team is passionate and caring, and they offer home pickup and hospital care services. Notably, Maxon kept the car AC running while waiting outside the hospital to minimize stress on my dog, demonstrating his affection towards animals. I strongly recommend his service and look forward to working with him in the future.
Ive been getting my dog groomed with PET FOCUZ for a while now and i couldn’t be happier!! They come right to my home, pick him up and drop him back after grooming, which makes everything so convenient. The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly and caring. Most importantly my dog absolutely loves them and always comes back looking and feeling great. Truly a wonderful service that i highly recommend to all pet parents!
