Took my Golden Retriever Laura for grooming and had a lovely experience 🐶✨ She was a little anxious at first, but they handled her patiently and calmly until she relaxed. We got everything done — full grooming, nail cutting, ear cleaning and complete cleaning — all done perfectly with great care and attention. Laura had extra hair around her legs and paws which was disturbing her — they carefully checked it, managed and shaped it neatly. We really felt they focused on perfection, not just finishing the work. Best part — it’s affordable and all done neatly without any rushing. We could clearly communicate our requirements, they understood well and the final result was very satisfying. The place was clean and hygienic, and there was no harsh handling at any point. She came back fresh, soft and comfortable. Definitely recommend for safe and caring grooming ❤️
I’m very satisfied with the service at Big Dawgs Grooming Centre. They did a great job grooming my dog and handled him with care and patience. The staff are professional and friendly, and the place is neat and hygienic. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
