The customer experience here was the worst I've had in years. I went there and the staff there was on his phone all the time. He did not have any time to answer my queries and chose to neglect me. Overall worst experience.

Myself Dr sajin, I had visited their pet shop for buying some essentials for my dog and puppy to get transported to a kennel in trivandrum. The fellow who was in the pet counter, a middle aged person had given me 2 bowls , 1 small and 1 large, he covered the small one with a cover and large one he showed me. The small one, what he have covered was a damaged piece. Later I asked him to replace, one young fellow in the counter was not ready to accept their mistakes and he told me to even a write a review also and they are not at all bothered about it seems.But ,luckily I had clicked a pic of the bowls when I had borrowed from the shops, so after showing that pic, they were like in a cat in hot water tub. Only thing I want to tell the owner is that, don’t entertain such employees. It will spoil your shop. Completely bad experience.
