Though we presently do not have Dog(s) but wish to adopt in the future, Shiva was really kind to show us around the pet boarding cum resort. We were allowed to walk a couple of dogs that were boarding as well as his own dogs. It was a really good experience and Shiva recommends that Pet Dogs should visit here to become more social with other dogs around. Highly recommend it even if you are considering a dog. This is the third time we are boarding our Retriever Tommy at Neo Lokam. They take very good care of the pets, and Tommy seems to be enjoying the stay. They have planty of place for pets to roam around. Definitely looking forward for taking their facility for any future hostelling requirements.

We had kept our dear pet at Neo Lokam for almost a month while we were abroad. Initially, we were very sceptical and honestly quite sad about leaving him. But as the days passed, we could clearly see how comfortable and happy he was in his new place. The team at Neo Lokam is really doing a great job. His food, daily routine, and overall care were handled so well. They even groomed him on the day they dropped him back home, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our dearest pet. We truly appreciate the love and effort you put into looking after him. Highly recommended! ❤️🐾

We’ve been boarding our beagle Max at NEOLOKAM, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place is just amazing — the pups are genuinely cared for like babies, with so much attention, warmth, and understanding. What I love most is how relaxed and happy they are here. Max gets to socialise, play, and be himself, and he never feels stressed even when he’s away from us for longer days. In fact, he’s always delighted to go there — which says everything 😊 The large private open plot for walks and fun time is a huge plus. It gives the dogs space to run, explore, and burn off energy in a safe and natural environment. A special mention to Shiva, who runs the place — he really understands dogs. He knows their temperaments well, segregates breeds appropriately when needed, and you can clearly see that he is genuinely passionate about what he does. That makes a huge difference. The biggest reassurance for me as a pet parent is that I always feel Max is happy, comfortable, and in very good hands at NEOLOKAM. That peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving, safe, and joyful boarding experience for their dog in Trivandrum. 🐾💛
