It is a boon for pet lovers, having such a facility in our city Firstly all note this is a referral hospital and they won't admit any direct cases. Helpful staff, wonderful and attentive doctors. Good and near facilities including operation theatre and dialis. Our cases are attended by a junior doctor exclusive and will be guided by a senior. Only disadvantage i seen is no medicine available and we have to buy from nearby shop. PS. I have seen a review mentioned on no receipt, but i have received all receipts so far by prints or by SMS.
A multi speciality hospital having advanced testing and diagnostic facilities. One can get good care of their animals. Specialist doctors are available like cardio, ortho, etc. There will always be a waiting time unless it is an emergency.
This is from my experience during the month of Nov-Dec 2025 when my dog was treated for hip dislocation later did a surgery. He is still recovering post surgery and why i am writing this in the middle of the service is because of the staff at this center. I must say almost every staff who works there a present were well behaved and very caring, let it be the the Front office staff, the Animal handlers, the Nurses, the Xray technicians, the Interns and the Doctors. I don't want to name them respecting their privacy, but a big thanks to all those staff who helped us so far in the process. With many of the staff we can read passion and profession which makes the service better.
It is really a good hospital,we had taken our senior dog Blaze with kidney failure there,he got the best treatment, care and attention .But unfortunately he left us Still I would like to express my appreciation of the efforts of Dr Sachin Manoj who treated him with full dedication and even did dialysis for him with utmost care and precision.I also want to thank Dr Sophia and Dr Akhil for the care and attention they gave him.The support and care given by the interns Dr Abhisha ,Dr Arjun and Dr Veena needs a special mention. It is a very busy place, still everybody right from the seniormost doctor to the support staff were all compassionate and helpful.Thank you all🙏❤️
If you truly love your pet, please do not take them here. Some doctors here won't even touch your pet to examine them. Instead, they'll observe from a distance and prescribe medicine. They sent me away with medicine, saying my Persian kitten had indigestion. But after two days of giving it, the condition worsened. Then we took it to a private clinic in Paruthippara. There's a doctor and a couple of staff members there who treat animals like their own kids. Blood tests revealed the kitten had parvo virus. They tried their best, but my kitten passed away. If I had gone to that clinic earlier instead of this one, my kitten might have been saved. You shouldn't treat animals this way just because you're government staff at a "multi-specialty" center. Didn't you get your degree to examine and save them? Isn't that why the government appointed you?Iam very sorry to wrote the entire things above... Because I My children cannot bear the loss of my kitten..I wrote that in my grief. I'm not blaming all govt veterinarians, but specifically the doctor who treated my kitten there only.... 🙏🙏🙏
