The staff are also friendly and helpful and the shop owners are knowledge people in matters of pet care. Highly reccomended
Extremely rude lady with who I spoke to .I wonder how they are getting business by being so rude.If she is the investor ,your business will not get clients if you dont tone down .You are too arrogant. If she's just an employee, it is high time she's replaced with someone capable and polite to handle customers. When we come to you,We're bringing in business for you but you are behaving as if you are giving us free medicines.
You might easily miss this store if you’re not looking closely, but that would be a big miss then. It’s truly a one-stop shop for pet medicines and supplies, they have pretty much everything you’d need for your pet. The staff are very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which makes the experience even better. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s well worth the effort once you’re inside
