Good experience, considering this a government office service is really good. Most medicines are free, some at very low cost. Doctors are very friendly, I periodically brings my dog for taking vaccines and treatments. Five stars👍

People come with sick or injured pets expecting timely treatment, only to find no doctor present. Such irresponsible behavior defeats the very purpose of a public veterinary service. Authorities should take immediate action to ensure accountability and proper availability

Very disappointing experience today. I went to this veterinary hospital to vaccinate my pet and found no doctor present — only office staff. They simply said the doctor is not available today. If there is no doctor, why keep the hospital open? It wasted my time and shows poor management. This is a veterinary hospital, not just a billing office. Please improve communication and professionalism.
