Really very bad experience with Pet Bazar, no doubt with the collection of bird's they have but no commitment and integrity towards their customers... None of their staff have adequate knowledge about which bird is already sold or which one is yet to be sold... They will covinence us with a tamed bird for sale and when we go to purchase it they will provide us with the untamed bird for tamed bird's price.... Really bad please be honest to your customers!!!!
Wort experience. They don’t even have staffs with good knowledge about what they are selling. Every time asking about a product the staff calls someone on phone for the product details. If you are planning to buy any accessories for your pets, do enquire other shops too cause they are selling for high prices. The person who is there for help doesn’t even know how to fix a bird cage (later i had to fix it myself). I happened to buy a bird cage yesterday, for some other reason i had to return the cage the next day (COMPLETELY IN GOOD CONDITION ). “They don’t take back things once you brought from there. ” They are not even responsible for it. They says “we don’t take back cages”. Think twice before buying anything from here. Cheers!
Huge collection of birds. Good and courteous partners. Bought my cockatiel from here after window shopping for many times. Gave advices and caring tips for my other pets which were not bought from them.
They have good collection. Staffs are full time on phone when i visited 3 times. They are fully business minded and greedy for money. I have bought buggies from there from 350per pair, after a week when i again bought some buggies they told 500 per pair. I was not willing to give that much amount. Then he reduced to 400.
Nice petshop... They have a very good collection of pets especially parrots... Came to know about this place through their YouTube channel Junction club
