My Hugo is always happy there as he can play around the house. The people who are taking care of this place are real dog lovers. They also respond to queries promptly and send pictures/videos of my 🐕 on a regular basis. So, as parents, we feel assured that he is taken care well.

We were in search for a hostel for our 2 yr old 🐕 dog, our Jacky. In fact they provided 'cage and care' though ours is a naughty one. Spacious and clean atmosphere. There are care takers for day and night. The staffs were willing to cool of our first time anxiety with proper response and with video call once. Reliable and dependable. But don't try to misuse them. Let them be genuine always.

They ensured that chikku feels at home. The caretaker, Mr. Althaf, was so kind. This was her 4th stay at this place. We were so relieved that we hit a jackpot with this happy place for our chikku. Each pet has a spacious place, well protected, cleaned daily, fed well. I trust them.

I have used Citizen Canine's boarding services for my pets, Ruby and Eva, twice already, and I must say, there service are simply outstanding! The facility is well-maintained, and the individual care provided to each pet is truly commendable. The spacious, open cages ensure that my pets feel comfortable and happy during their stay, making it much easier for me to leave them behind when I'm out of town. On a lighter note, I have a small suggestion for the management: for loyal customers who repeatedly choose your center, it would be wonderful to receive some concessions as a token of appreciation. Overall, I highly recommend Citizen Canine to all pet parents who want the best for their furry companions. Keep up the great work!

I had used their service during 2023 for my beagle dog for 10 days as we were out of station. When we came back to get her, every inch of her body was covered with tick and she was totally down with tick fever. The hostel people never even realised or bothered to check the health or well being of dogs. There was only 1 person to make food and give to 10+ dogs and place was really stinking when we came to get our dog back. Our dog was admitted in hospital for almost 2 week and luckily we were able to get her back to life. Please check everything before leaving the pet to hostel. Earlier they used give good service and there were many people to take care. But during that time, they didnt had man power or attitude to care for dogs.the least thong that we need is to inform when our pets are sick or down. The hostel people didnt even know that our dog was sick and not having food also.
