We boarded our pet Bingo here for a week, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The cage-free, home-like environment and Bharath’s genuine care made Bingo feel safe and loved. We received daily updates and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. Bingo even learned to socialize with other dogs something he had never done before and returned home healthy, happy, and completely stress-free. The best boarding in Trivandrum for your dog! What I love the most about this place is that they don’t put your babies into cage or tie them up, they are taken care of like the caretaker’s own pet. Infact it’s his home that he has opened up to our dogs.They have enough space to run around in the backyard too. I have taken their help in fostering two babies I have rescued since the adopter wanted a week to take them in.My girls were so happy there.Our own pet Figo has never been much into boarding but he loves visiting Pawstel with us and it’s one of his happy places. This was my Brownie's first time away from home, his first experience at a pet boarding and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! He was super comfortable throughout the weekend and had a great time with his fellow doggos. He made new friends, enjoyed healthy, wholesome homemade food, and came back happy and relaxed. Bharath is a true pet lover and his adorable dog Cookie has a special way of making every other doggo feel right at home. She’s gentle, friendly, and helps new pets settle in comfortably. Me and my family ended up having to go out of town for 2 days due to a family function, so I left my 8-month-old Labrador, Milo, at Pawstel Trivandrum, and I’m very impressed with how well they took care of him. Milo came back happy, healthy, and stress-free, which says a lot about the care and attention he received. The environment is clean, safe, and well-managed, and they were very attentive to his needs, routine, and comfort. I really appreciated the regular updates, it helped me relax knowing he was in good hands. Another thing I appreciated was the freedom they give the dogs over there, as they have a strict zero cages or chains policy. Big thanks to Bharath for being kind enough to personally pick Milo up from our house!
