Dr. Vidya, a dedicated and compassionate veterinary doctor, played a crucial role in saving my labrador, Kunjan, during his severe illness due to tick fever. At a time when his condition was critical, her timely intervention, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment made all the difference. Despite significant difficulty in cannulation, she remained extremely patient and persistent, trying repeatedly until she successfully secured IV access and administered the necessary injections. Her calm approach, empathy, and determination ensured that Kunjan received the treatment he needed to survive. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Vidya for her selfless care and tireless efforts during such a challenging phase. Even later, when Kunjan started suffering from severe pain due to arthritis, which we initially did not recognize, Dr. Vidya’s dedication continued to shine. With just a single phone call, she immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and asked us to bring him to the hospital without delay. She arranged for an X-ray, accurately diagnosed his arthritis, and explained the need for four monthly injections as part of his treatment. What truly touched us was her enthusiasm and willingness to personally come to our home to administer the injections. Even on occasions when we failed to remind her on the scheduled day, she remembered it herself and ensured the injection was given on time.
